Service Description

Receive top notch instruction for your group! Workshops must have 15 participants minimum. Must be booked 1 month in advance to ensure availability. The following items will be targeted as time permits during this workshop: • Basic Concepts • Basic Concept Applications Although attire for the workshop will be casual we encourage all participants to wear leather soled or hard soled shoes (no rubber soles) and to bring your bottled water as this may be more of a workout for some.
